This is a 3 bedroom caravan containing 1 double room and 2 twin rooms both can be turned to a double by simply pushing the bed together. The dinnign room table also becomes a double bed, which means you can sleep upto 8 people. The caravan has a large lounge that overlooks open fields, great for many games to play with the whole family.
There is also a colour TV with DVD player and radio. The caravan has a separate dinning room next to a fully fitted kitchen with full sized oven and fridge with ice box also a full sized mircowave. A shower and sink with a separate toliet.

The caravan is just seconds away from a sandy beach great for the days in the sun. The site also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with seating area so you can watch your children having great fun. With evening entertainment and amusements, a childrens party each evening with Sparky's krew plus much much more. Bingo also runs each evening.

This caravan is also a 5 minute drive or a short walk along the beach too Clacton-on-sea pier, with a fun fair for all ages and many more amusements including an a aquarium.

We require a £50 refunable deposit to secure your booking. We do require a deposit of £100 for young adult groups.

Payment in full is then due 4 weeks prior to holiday commencment (please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear) if you book after this 4 week period we can accept cash on arrival. Please call for more details for other ways to make payment.
